Fourteen-day withdrawal
You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days following formation of the Pro contract or first teacher subscription contract, with a full refund even after use. We voluntarily extend this teacher benefit to professional buyers. No withdrawal waiver, trial or proportional deduction applies. Renewal alone does not restart this voluntary period. The formation day is excluded; Budapest calendar dates and applicable deadline extensions apply. Missing statutory information or exceptional cases may extend mandatory rights; late declarations are retained for manual review.
Submitting and refunding withdrawal
Use the public Withdrawal from the contract function without an account. Provide buyer name and email, and an order reference if known, then review and Confirm withdrawal. An absent reference does not prevent notice. No reason is required. Email to info@chemistrytutor.hu is also accepted. Original submission time is preserved while identity and exceptions are assessed; late cases receive human review.
